American Association of University Women Educational Foundation provides fellowships, grants, awards and career opportunities for graduate women.

AT&T Labs Fellowship Program for Women and Minorities Fellowships are available to outstanding minority and women students who are pursuing Ph.D. studies in computer and communications-related fields.  http://www.research.att.com/academic/alfp.html  

National Science Foundation offers Graduate Fellowships for women in science and engineering.

National Physical Science Consortium (NPSC).  The NPSC offers a doctoral graduate fellowship program in the Physical Sciences which directs special emphasis toward the recruitment of underrepresented minority and female Physical Science students.  Fields of study:  Astronomy, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Materials Science, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, and Sub disciplines.  http://www.npsc.org/

National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowships offer three-year graduate research fellowships for graduating seniors and first year graduate students.
